The store manager Karen was very informative about my vech. She told me up front what the charges would be. And she is so nice and polite. Being a woman and going into a shop, makes me very nervous that I will be taken advantage of. But Miss Karen made me feel at ease.

I noticed my low tire pressure light was on when I got in my car Saturday. I immediately went to Big O Tires to see what the problem was. A very helpful person checked all my tires and found that I had a slow leak in one of the tires. I ran an important errand and returned to Big O Tires for them to examine that tire. I had a small nail in it and they repaired it. Since I have purchased my tires at Big O, this is the second time they have come to my rescue and fixed my tires at no cost. They are helpful and efficient as well.

Everything was explained well. The price was fair

I appreciate the customer service at Big O Tires. They scheduled an oil change but fixed other issues on my vehicle while it was there.

Karen was a joy to work with. She communicated with me on every aspect. She is a definite asset to this location!

Things went as expected and there was no attempt to upsell me on something I did not want or need. Thanks for that.
