The crew at Big O was extremely professional and quick to get things done even though the heat was approaching 100 and it was late in the day.

Requested an alignment and the vehicle was in spec so I was not charged for the alignment.

This experience at Big O was like night and day to my last visit. Chris was professional and Tim showed me exactly what my problem was. After my last visit, I was not going to return to Big O for anything. I had a brake issue, though, and you guys had done my brake work. You have a real personnel issue with Anthony. He saw me looking at a flag in your shop and asked if I was ex-mil. I said yes. He then went on a tirade of what he called an "invasion of our capital". He actually said out loud to me "We should have sent in planes and wiped them out." He then said I would understand since I was ex-mil. He is right. I do understand. I understand an ignorant, insensitive, insulting remark when I hear one. I was happy to see he wasn't there on this visit. You can be proud of having Chris and Tim, there. They saved my business and I will return, after making sure Anthony is not there.

The guy who waited on me was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and was honest about how long the work would take. The financing process went pretty smoothly.

They were very straight forward and kept me well informed. They were really awesome to work with and I will only my bring my vehicles there.

Anthony and Chris. I set an appointment the night before but they were unable to find it, regardless, they worked me in. Anthony worked his tail off dealing with customers in store, and people calling. One person was yelling at him and cussing him, for no reason. He handled it super professionally and kept his cool. Give him a raise and hire more just like him. AWESOME guy! I shopped at Big O same location once before a year ago and was not impressed. Under the new owner and management I will continue to use them. Thank you Anthony and Go Raiders!
