Big O Tires

I called and Josh was very pleasant to schedule for an oil change. I've been going to big o tires for years now and I am always satisfied and very happy with the service. Since big o tires in Chico is so close to my place I can just call them and they will always helped and do great with their jobs.

I called the store yesterday to get an appointment they got me in the next day.

Good service

They are great at informing me about what my car needs without trying to sell me more things. Their customer service is great, the people who work there make a person feel comfortable and they explain everything that I might need. This is the only place I go for all my cars needs.

Remembered my name when walked through the door. Friendly staff, welcoming invite and thanking for service.

The service is always friendly and professional. I look for honesty when dealing with automotive shops, so many today like to add work and parts that are not needed. Big O has never done that so It's the shop to go to.
