I went the first time on a lark in 2019. I refuse to go anywhere else. I've had nothing but excellent service.

Timely friendly seevice

Gave honest answer with visual demo and explanations while SUV was on the rack as well with Nissan in parking lot re whether we needed repairs for front tie rods, valve cover gaskets and for struts/shocks on Nissan. Unlike first dealership which had recommended nearly $2K of repairs. Got us in within 10" as a walk-in basis.

I looked online for a name brand tire for a decent price, and compared the prices. Big O not only had what I was looking for, they also had the better price.

Price and service was great! I am used to paying $100 for a full synthetic oil change but the service was only $60 at Big O with a discount.

I arrived right at my appt. time, and they got my vehicle in right away. They were very courteous, informative and helpful. They took care of all service with my vehicle in a very timely manner. Were clear in their communication of what they found during the inspection and had an available quote ready to go to handle the repairs right away.

Efficient

They're always honest with the work they do. I've asked them to align a Mercedes and they told me it wasn't a good job to their standards. I found out the Mercedes garage said the same thing so I trust them to be honest.
