Enterprise Rent-A-Car

after comparing prices this was the best choice for us. everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly

Enterprise was one of my options to rent a car while my car was in the shop for repair. They kindly went to the shop to pick me up and Although I had a ride , they were nice to offer me a ride back to the shop.

I like Enterprise. The customer service is good. What I don't like about Enterprise is that the cars aren't cleaned well. Just ok. I also don't like that they push the extra insurance. I have full coverage with my policy and they cover me to my limits. I don't need to feel lectured that I am 100% responsible for your car as I know that I'm already covered.

The office was hot. I waited 35 min with reservation.

Has to rent, my car was being fixed. Fast service, polite and business- like Had to ask family member to rent car and me as additional driver. Would not accept my debit/ Visa card.
