Good food a little pricey

My burrito had no beans

My boyfriend and I decided on having dinner here because it was close to our home and relatively easy to go pick up. We placed our order via telephone but were put on hold immediately. After being on hold for 4-5 minutes someone finally came on the line to take our order. The person taking the order was really hard to understand because they had a thick accent, which made it hard to order. Our food was ready when we got to the restaurant, and we were able to pay within a few minutes. It wasn't very busy, so it was unusual to me why the place was a bit sloppy. There were unstopped items by the beverage area as well as the salsa area, and the trash cans were overflowing. But besides that everything went pretty well, and the food was great. Might recommend in the future.

we love other locations, but the service at this one was poor.

I had a coupon and specifically looked for a location near me. Well I forgot the coupon and went back to the register immediately but was told I was not able to get an adjustment - it was too late ! Really - I had just ordered ! I don't believe that nothing could be done !
