The food is always delicious and a little healthier than other fast food places.

Service was excellent. Food was very good . Restaurant was clean.

Got a salad. The lettuce was not that fresh. Chicken was good. Overall too costly for meal.

Food was good but restaurant was dirty.

I was extremely disappointed in the food I ordered this time as it was different than what I ordered but was too hungry to complain about. I don't think all of the pollo locos are like this but was very disappointed .

This store location didn't seem as good overall if compared to other pollo loco locations that I have been to. The main issue was that the food was cold when served.
