Once we got our food it was good. We had to park and wait for our food, as they did not have enough chicken ready.

I like to order ala carte as the chips and soda are no interest to me... However the combo prices for a pollo bowl or tacos al carbon are significantly cheaper. Every time I order ala carte the drive thru person tries to convince me to eat the combo--- please take no for an answer!

The food was fine, it was fresh, initially I ordered & paid for the hardshell chicken taco combo, but was informed about 5 mins after placing the order that they were out of hard shells so I had to change my order. I really wanted the hard shells but settled for the soft ones. They were willing to add the cheese & lettuce that was included on the initial taco order so that definitely made the substitution bearable.

The food was fresh and healthy. We ate from the 500 calories and under menu. The cashier was very friendly.
