This is my second time using this specific drive thru site and they have gotten my order wrong both times. I visit the drive thru 2 days ago I order the 3 tacos al carbon combo plain meaning no cilantro or onions the tacos weren't for me it was for my child when he opened them they were packed with cilantro and onions by that time we were too far from el pollo loco we were at the beach I was so upset. I had ask the lady who took my order about 3x plain please. The second time was yesterday I had a few coupons on me she had so much trouble with them and did not get my order correct I was too embarrassed to go back. If the employee does not know how to redeem coupons please assign someone with more experience! By the way it was the same lady employee

The street tacos were pretty good.
