This location is always busy. The staff is nice and does their best to get the food out quickly. The salsa bar was a bit messy during this visit

The service was somewhat slow to get our food however after that we enjoyed our healthy selection

The top for the sauce was not secure, spilled inside its bag.

It was okay

Made the same mistake I usually do when visiting El Pollo Loco, they were running out of white meat chicken. I just barely made the cutoff since that's all I eat. I do like the remodeled this location. The current seasonal menu looked good but I did not order from it this time.

Friendly staff! The menu has improved with more choices. It did take longer than I thought with my order.
