Food was good, employees were friendly, overall it was a good experience

I love the chicken at el pollo loco

I came in with my mom tonight, we were hungry and wanted something fresh & healthy to eat. My mom was having some trouble ordering but our cashier was super nice and patient. I don't eat meat so I asked for some substitutions and she accommodated without a problem. The food was ready quickly, and although one of the cooks made a mistake on my order it was quickly remedied and again they were very nice about it. The people here are always smiling, it's a nice atmosphere to be in. Also, my food was DELICIOUS! Tasted fresh and flavorful. I love being able to get a healthy vegetarian meal here and I will definitely be back! Great job guys!

Love El pollo loco however at this visit the food took an incredible long time which was an unreasonable
