Staff was very helpful and made great suggestions to fit my needs and budget. They did not try to push the most expensive option on me.

John Wollam was fantastic he made our experience delightful! Judah and John keep us coming back time over time. They are the only place we would trust our vehicles. Aside from this they are overall great humans and very awesome.

I went into Big O for an oil change. There was an issue regarding the oil filter fitting and my car leaked a substantial amount of oil after completion. Big O did a great job rectifying the situation. At the end of the day things happen and we are all human. People deserve a chance of grace. Big O owned the situation, and they now have a customer for life.

John was friendly and followed up on the warranty equipment to get it replaced.

Easy to walk in and get tire fixed. Judah helped recommended fixing the tire rather than replacing the tire. I was called for update on service and moved forward with an alignment and tire fix.

Great timely service

All I can say is WOW! Never in my life have I experienced such excellent customer service like this when getting my car worked on. From the moment I called to purchase a tire, John was patient and kind and wanted to ensure he met my needs. The tire was ordered and he called me to come to the shop to have it placed on once it arrived. Accidentally, I went to another Big O location and contacted John once I realized my mistake. He was patient and understanding. When I arrived to the shop, the moment I got out of my car, John directed the guys to grab my keys right away and get working on my car. He then greeted me and shook my hand. Honestly, I was shocked as I have never received this level of personable service at an auto shop. I went in the store and they began working on my car immediately. Within 30 minutes, they were done. John is a phenomenal employee and honestly I would bring my car back to this location in a heartbeat because of the level of service John and the team provided when I was there. If he hasn’t got one lately, John needs a raise!
