El Pollo Loco

I went to this location because my brother wanted a soup from there. I ordered and pulled up to the window. After having paid i find out that they were out of soup. However the offered to give me enough for a small serving for free and I got a salad for my brother instead. He was very happy with his soup and salad :-) great customer service!
