The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced, very old and soiled looking. Wasn't happy that we had to go back down to have our keys reprogrammed after coming back after 11pm with both our hands full and exhausted! Was told we would get extra feather pillows, they never showed up. Also, free internet should ALWAYS be included!

Was part of a wedding and when we arrived at 3 pm our rooms were not ready and nothing was offered as compensation for us having to wait an extra 2 hours for our rooms to be done. The elevators worked terribly. One of them I wouldn't even consider as working. The best part of the stay was the serving staff for the wedding reception. They were extremely professional and very kind. The girls working in the gift shop were also very kind and helpful.
