Went in for a charm, we browsed for a little bit and the employee helped us and let us look at multiple charms! She was very helpful and nice. I ended up buying a new charm.

The employee service was what blew me away personally. April G. went above and beyond helping me get a gift for my girlfriend. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, and patient with me. Can’t say enough good things about April!
