My first purchase as to getting my first job so I got myself a ring An it’s so shiny and cute I’m in love with it An can’t wait to go back !

The sales associates were very friendly, patient, and are quick to help me find what I was looking for.

I went with my boyfriend just to get my size for a new bracelet and Kelly M was amazing. She was very friendly and helped size me and told me what the size would be if I ordered online and while we were there my boyfriend said I could get one new charm and surprised me with buying a second one while I was looking at the newer charms in store. We will definitely be back since I'm starting another bracelet and will need more charms.

The sales staff greeted me right away when I came into the store. I was put with a sales staff that was highly knowledgable in the area I was looking. The sales staff were polite.

The salesgirl was very helpful, she listened to me and picked perfectly for my bracelet! Gave me great suggestions. She seemed to have an innate ability to anticipate my needs. I am very happy with my purchases!

Kelly and Evelyn were very helpful in the charm selection process. I was teetering between a couple of charms for my girlfriend and their advice was extremely appreciated. I cannot thank them enough for the help with my last minute gift!

I been coming there for some time there to buy gifts for my wife, my Daughter, now for my moms birthday, my wife bought me the key chain and star wars and bracelet, and a week ago she got me the ironman, I love the store and the sales people are always super nice I cant no to give all 10 + I know Melissa for about 6 years now, she was the first sales person that I meet there and I been coming back ever since,

The Pandora Topanga store is AMAZING! Everyone is so welcoming and inclusive. I always feel like I’m visiting my family. Melissa’s passion for the product and eagerness to always create unique and stylish pieces for me makes my heart happy. I know I’ll always have the cutest Pandora pieces to rock because of her. Kelly was super helpful too. She was so patient as I took the time decide what I would purchase. I never felt rushed as she continued to pull out the cutest charms for me to look at. I’m a avid Pandora fan/shopper and have been for a long time. Shopping with these girls always puts a smile on my face. Their team is phenomenal at the Topanga store and where I often find myself buying the bulk of my Pandora collection.
