My therapist Calvin is super knowledgeable and caring ! The front desk staff always greets me usually by name when I arrive .there arw occasionally sales to save money on extra massages…..

I like the employees and I like the products and it feels good to go and enjoy my time.

I believe your extra monthly fees and change in the rewards have discouraged membership. I know that is why my spouse discontinued his membership. You may want to consider looking at family membership again and be aware that the cost increase dissatisfies
