The Spa was modern and clean. The staff, from the front desk to the Esthetician, were friendly and efficient. Had a good experience and I am looking forward to this location starting to schedule massages so I can try one there.

I was completely satisfied with my visit however, my girlfriend did not have a great experience as she will not tell you, but she mentioned that her masseuse was not the cleanest, and was very rough.

I get a little tired of the constant up sell of products and procedures. Many of them are over $100 and now the subscription/membership is going up $10 per month.

I feel the time spent on each area is the same even though I always say hips and low back are the problem. I like more pressure for upper which they call deep tissue massage but need light touch everywhere else and don't want to pay extra for deep and only use 5 minutes of it. There is no reason to payore for deep or hot stones whe the time is the same.

Previously my appoints have been changed after they were made in advance due to staff going on vacay. This facility has staff turnover a lot. The male massage person is a smoker.

I am a cash paying customer. Every time I arrive staff says my acct. is suspended. I have to remind them I only use cash. This last time girl fixed my acct, we'll see what happens w/next appt. Stop training girls to ask if patrons tipped. Of course we tip!

When I was checking out the items I was purchasing were charged incorrectly and I received a phone call they were going to bill my card for an additional item I received because the receptionists failed to ring it in. I am fine with paying for my items but I would think asking for a return phone call rather than just telling me they were charging my card on file would have been more appropriate. Also, some of the other items I was charge for and was told the total for was not the amount charged to my card. Just not very smooth with the checking out with products portion. By the way, the one item they just "charged to my card" was $395. That could have been detrimental to some people if they did not know the price initially.
