No lounge between reception and massage room. Poor music selection and quality. Rest was good.

Slight language barrier in clear communication between myself & therapist.

Highly Satisfied is a rating I rarely give because there is always room for improvement.

Booked a hot stone add on and did not get it.

Not super much communication. Thought I booked deep tissue massage but stayed on the light side. Overall was very comfortable though, but from previous massages was expecting a bit more pressure. Maybe next time I will book sports massage.

I love my esthetician. However, she recommends a new product every time I go. These products are very expensive, and some of them are to replace products I previously purchased at Hand and Stone that I have not finished. I have been thinking lately that I may have to cancel my membership if this keeps up. I tried time before last to tell her that I could only afford to pay for 50$ in extras plus her tip. I guess she forgot and my facial ends up costing me a total of THREE TIMES the base price of $69.95.

I would definitely try another massage therapist. Nina was friendly but talking too much during the massage and also did not apply enough pressure as I requested. She wore gloves to massage my feet and made me feel uncomfortable

My therapist is qualified and skilled but as a retired therapist of 20 years; I can tell this is Not their passion as work goes. Very repetitive in strokes and lacks a certain element of empathy.
