difficulty to schedule with female therapist, ussually 1 week out. fee schedule to add 30 min )$50) or $20 added for any massage more than swedish style. other massage place uses hotstones .etc for similar price. massage time is same; really no more or less wffort to use stones vs hand pressure.

My husband purchased a gift card for $119. You were running aJuly special for $69.99 for a massage. I had to pay $119 for a Massage.

Highly satisfied is the top rating. There is always room for improvement although I was satisfied with Elizabeth and her skill.

The massage therapist was running late; however, I appreciated him letting me know. The waiting room could be a little more relaxing (softer lighting, music), and less cluttered.

My only complaints were: I called a few times and the call did not go through. One day the phone line seemed to be bad all day. After the treatment I asked the receptionist for a Kleenex but she didn't have any. Luckily I found some in my purse because my eye was burning. When I scheduled the appt, I gave my gift card number but upon my arrival they could not find it on file so I said I would pay with my Visa if necessary. I had to worry about that all throughout the treatment. The manager charged my Visa, 2 days later I was able to present her with both gift cards, and she credited back my Visa which was nice because the only reason I was there was to use the gift cards. I can't wait to go back for more cryoskin treatments. The store is beautiful, the staff made it clear they were there to help me, and my skin expert was incredibly knowledgeable. 8 out of 10

Positive and nice massage therapist. Paid attention to my troubled areas. Likely to come back for another massage.

Linens were slightly scratchy. Aromatherapy for the extra $10 was disappointing as it was just a swab of oil near face opening. Wouldn’t do that again. I talked about my lower back to top of glutes tight muscles but didn’t address. Totally my assumption I’m sure but I figured full body would include hands and feet. Next time I will be sure to ask. I wasn’t completely relaxed enough to speak up but that’s on me.

I value transparency and if I had been told that the suggested item from the therapist was an upcharge that would have been a choice. Instead it was suggested and I felt like I had no choice but to pay because I agreed it be nice not realizing I would be charged

Have been searching for a place to get a massage for awhile. This is a good location and i like the "look" of the place. I had an outstanding massage therapist for years who retired and i had not been able to find one to come up to her experience. I had two massages by Kim who was excellent but she left so i had to start again with the one i had this time who was good but not as good as Kim. Hopefully over the next few visits it will get better as we get familiar with each other.
