The boy problem I have with this location is: they use the same massage table for the facial. I know the special remote chair is an expensive item BUT I would do a facial and massage the same day because the chair is not flat and very comfortable. NJ Tom’s River has this chair and I am very spoiled.

I had a facial scheduled but upon arrival was told it was cancelled due to illness. Luckily, they were able to get me in for a massage as my partner was having a massage and it is a 30 minute drive.

Upon checking in, the receptionist advised me that there were some special add on's. I said Ok and ordered a hot stone massage and peppermint scalp massage for my session. Neither one of these were given during my session. I advised the receptionist when the session was over so she would not charge me.

I was satisfied with my first experience, but besides the therapist professionalism and skill the visit was ordinary. The facility was clean and everyone was cordial, but nothing I have not encountered with other service providers.

Since this was my first visit. I would have benefited from greater effort to understand my needs and a better explanation of the membership program. I was told the membership agreement and receipt would be emailed to me. I received nothing. I called later to ask for it again but only for the receipt.
