Hand and Stone

The massage was good, but it did not feel as high of quality as other spas in town. The lotion was just okay but the massage therapist was great at listening to what I told him I wanted.

I asked that a mask be worn, but one wasn’t worn. Other than that everything was awesome. I did fill out the forms under 24 hours, so they probably weren’t able to view them so if that’s the case I understand. That would be the only reason I wouldn’t come back.

Confusion over payment, but quickly resolved

To many questions when onboarding. To many questions while there that required additional consent to massage. Tablet didn’t work - paid for 90 mins and ten minutes was the systems not working. It was simply for consent for massage. Add it onto your onboarding l.

Scheduled a hot stone massage. Did not receive a hot stone massage.

Expensive

Room was cold. Asked for Medium Pressure yet my back and neck hurt today like black and blue. Receptionist didn’t greet me and was on phone

Just a miscommunication on upgrades. My therapist was amazing, I would definitely see her again, but she was 20 mins late and mentioned she would make sure I was pampered so when she asked if I wanted the sugar scrub and hair rub I thought she was doing it to make up for being late but I was charged for it after. Just communicating that those were an additional fee would have been nice!

I felt like my massage therapist may have been newer. The deep tissue pressure was good but her transitions were not as smooth as therapists I’ve had in the past. Her phone went off a few times and she apologized. She was very nice but I questioned her amount of experience especially at a hand and stone. I’ve had my membership for around 5 years and I will continue to come.

Therapist was late, seemed over-worked and rushed. There was a lot of that anxious "energy" left in her during the service. The service felt rushed. I had requested a lavender add-on when I booked and did not smell any. I really didn't relax, but the pressure was good.
