We were greeted straight away, helped with our choice and decisions, had a free mattress protector added, dealt with quickly and given a good deal as we are regular returning customers.

They were ready to help straight away offered tea and coffee and were happy to answer any questions we had and arranged delivery promptly. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Amazing

Sean was a great help when it came to finding a suitable mattress. This is the first time i've brought a mattress from dreams and thanks to Sean i will be recommending the Aylesbury store to all my friends and family.

Finding out what type of mattress we needed by using the machine was satisfyingly good and the overall experience was excellent. The store assistant with his knowledge of our needs was overall brilliant.

From the moment we set foot in the door your staff member Paul was so helpful and not pushy at all especially as we had no idea what we wanted we walked out extremely happy thank you
