We were served by John, the Assistant Manager, who was very helpful in determining what products would suit our requirements and then explaining the different options, once we had used the diagnostic bed system. We were listened to, not sold at.

I was greeted to the store by Fran, who offered to assist me. He recommended I take a test to see which type of bed would be suitable, which I thought was very cool. He made me coffee, then showed me all the products suitable. My budget was low, but I found a very comfortable bed for less than I was willing to pay. I found the bed at £200 less comfortable. Fran was very pleasant throughout my visit. I was offered free delivery. I found the whole experience enjoyable. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Dreams to a friend.

Friendly, helpful staff with plenty of time as store not busy. Showed suitable ranges for my requirements, although I had a fair idea of frame I wanted. Offered coffee. John had a good sense of humour which made the experience relatively entertaining. Not too much high pressure selling and since I was buying two beds on request I was offered deal on build on delivery.

Very impressed with the friendly , knowledgeable service, as well as with the sleep analysis machine. Can’t wait to try our new mattress!

The assistant was extremely helpful and compassionate to my needs. He asked questions to get a full picture and then showed me samples suitable for me. Very friendly and patient, good salesman. I had a good experience and made a purchase.

Fran was very helpful, we bought a sofa bed and he explained and showed us how to make it up etc and then put it away again.
