We were greeted by John the manager. First class. He talked us through the different types of mattresses and beds. Walked the shop floor with us and gave great advise.

A light, airy, spotless showroom with beds attractively displayed. We were welcomed immediately by the salesman who listened to my needs, directed is to a choice of three suitable beds and talked about each one. He then left us to try beds for ourselves before coming back to answer further questions. Having made my choice, ordering was swift. My only disappointment was that there was a 4-week wait. Since I had only just come home from a lengthy stay in hospital where I had the benefit of adjustable beds, 4 weeks seems a long time.to wait.

The customer service assistance i received was tremendous. Prash from the Cambridge street Aylesbury branch was really patient with giving me choices and something that fitted within my budget.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful, taking a lot of time to explain and show us the beds. We originally only came in to purchase a headboard but because he was so helpful, friendly and informative when we showed an interest in a different type of bed we ended up changing our minds and buying a complete new bed instead!

Being such a light and fussy sleeper, the ideal mattress makes a world of difference. At Dreams, my experience was amazing. Not only was I served so attentively by Prash, who put me on the sleep match machine which was a first ever. The machine was simply amazing and could detect the amount of support needed most by my body type recommending the best mattress with a print out later. The whole process was so enjoyable and I never realised that buying a bed and mattress would be such a pleasure. The entire team was most accommodating and listened to my requests ranging from price range to bed sizing. I was even served a nice cup of cappuccino whilst arranging details of delivery, which definitely sweeten the deal. I would highly recommend Dreams to everyone!
