The salesman was very helpfully and gave me time to decide what I wanted to buy.

The bed simulator took a lot of the worry about what bed to chose. The assistant was very good in showing the results and demonstrating which beds had been recommended

An excellent experience. John, the manager was very approachable, extremely helpful, knew his products well and after giving us the help we needed, left us to make decisions before assisting us with our final choices. We got some great quality products at great prices. So altogether delighted with our visit and our purchases. No delivery costs and recycling our old mattresses was a bonus.

The sales person John was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He guided us through the process and made sure the product was right without trying to push the most expensive. We went with a budget of £500 and spent £1300 because it was what we needed. Good job all round and would recommend to friends.

We made a purchase in your Aylesbury branch. A staff member named Francesco was extremely helpful and we cannot fault his knowledge and customer service in any way. He greeted us on arrival to the store and offered us tea or coffee. Then he showed us the Sleep Match machine (which is fantastic!). Fran was friendly to approach when we needed assistance and allowed us time to make this decision. He was also extremely knowledgeable and showed great respect for our budget. He was honest in mentioning clearance prices as he explained to us this store is a clearance store with discontinued stock upstairs similar to ones that are being sold at a much higher price range downstairs. This honesty was valued and much appreciated as we are happy with our great deal with still great quality in mattress. Whenever we have the opportunity to recommend a store for mattresses we will always mention this branch and for them to go and speak with Fran.

Sean was most helpful, as I went away to think about the product he showed me, and also look at other products elsewhere, but when I came back he was very ready to help me again, and if the delivery lives up to his explanation (I live in Plymouth, and I bought my bed in Aylesbury) I will be highly satisfied as I have indicated.
