The colleague who helped us was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Taking the time to fully explain all the possible options, whilst listening to what we wanted and then making recommendations based around this. He was not pushy regarding other more expensive options and instead was keen to see that we got what we wanted from the bed. Very pleased with the service and hope the quality of the product matches this now.

Bought last bed & mattress from Dreams & very pleased with results so went there again to buy new mattress. Staff member was very helpful & made the whole experience very easy. Thank you

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and patient. I received a lot of help to understand the various beds on offer. I had 2 young children. They were entertained and made comfortable with children facilities in store allowing me time to look around the shop for my perfect bed.

John Kelly was very helpful and informative.

John was very helpful & knowledgeable on all the beds we tested. We went on the Caroline machine and found the beds she suggested were spot on. John gave us loads of time trying all the recommended beds, asking us how we felt about each one, tried different pillows. He made us hot chocolate and tea - never had this before with other bed companies. John really could not have been any more helpful. We are happy with our purchases and can't wait until delivery date.
