The store assistant was fast, to the point, very helpful and give us a discount

I was highly satisfied because the sales person mr john kelly was very aproachable and easy to talk to he listen to what i needed and then took me around the shop to look at the mattress and frames he made sure the mattress was sutible for my needs and theframes where high enough as i am disabled and its hard to get into bed. he also took the time to let me rest and have a coffee as walking is diffcult . once i had decide what i wanted he went throu everything and also said about having the new bed put together when it arrived which was a god send i left the shop very happy .

I was served by Ryan in the Aylesbury store and he told me along with a family member everything we needed to know and more. It made the choice even easier and even came out of the store happier and the excellent customer service and how approachable they all are as well as having a laugh with them always helps after a long day at work.

It was easy and John was helpful and knowledgable

The person who served me was excellent. He spoke to us explained how things work at Dreams and then gave us time to decide what we needed and then came back in to help us make our mind up

Ryan (Aylesbury store) met us as soon as we walked into the store, but wasn't pushy in any way. He let us decide whether or not we wanted his help. We did, in fact, want his help as we didn't know where to start, so he showed us the different types of mattress and let us try them. He did not try and sell us the most expensive, but was gauging our reaction to each one. He spent quite a lot of time with us, but then let us discuss alone too. When a computer was unavailable straightaway to place our order, he made us hot drinks and continued to chat with us in a friendly way. When we placed the order, he read the T&Cs very clearly so there would be no "surprises". He was friendly and knowledgeable throughout our visit.
