Dreams - Aylesbury

Came into the Aylesbury store on Friday last and was met by Chris who was extremely helpful advising me on the various products I had an interest in, I left the store armed with plenty of knowledge and said I would return next day, I couldn't go to the store next day and returned on Monday, Chris was off this day and another assistant helped me to order my products, he was very polite and helpful and I was pleased that he put Chris's name on my order as he had taken the time to go through and advise me on what I wanted. Overall very polite and helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and approachable as well as knowledgeable about the range of products available. They were very helpful and recommended products that were specific to our needs. A great experience and although it was late in the day on a Sunday, they had plenty of time to still make us feel welcome and give us great customer service.

Excellent service from the store representative who was both knowledgeable and friendly.

Have been to Dreams before with good efficient service and we also received a discount. What could be better!

Was looking for a specific bed for my father who has just had a lower leg amputated so needed one with the right specs your salesman Sean took time to sort out what I needed at the right price and suitability

The young man was friendly and professional. He took time to understand my needs and to give me a selection of options to fit the criteria I set out. He explained the differences between the options and the 30 day exchange process. Overall I didn’t feel pressured and left the shop happy I had made the right choice and looking forward to receiving my goods

John Kelly was very helpful. There was the exact bed and size I wanted but was slightly damaged. As I am on a budget was really helpful it was on sale and he was very informative

We were greeted by a very pleasant young man when we entered the shop.We told him what we were looking for.He explained the different types of mattresses and what the colours on each bed represented. He then left us to decide which one would suit our needs.No pressure.We made our decision and the transaction was made and a date arranged for delivery in the next few days plus collection of the old mattress Over all a pleasant and painless experience.

Tuesday was a quiet day in choose paper work and chat signed and pay good mornings work

From the moment we entered the store the staff were fantastic. I was helped by Ryan.John. Sean and a couple of others but didn't get there names. They were all so helpful. I have just had my delivery and Jason and Jack were so quick and helpful nothing was too much trouble. When you get to my age we need people like your staff. Well done. I know if I do have a problem they will be just as helpful. Thank You.
