Dreams - Aylesbury

Having purchased a bed 3 years ago and were highly satisfied decided to return, same assistant John, very helpful and cost saving for me.

The assistant Ryan at the Aylesbury branch was more than helpful, very positive very good customer service very smart and well mannered with some banter excellent, would recommend this branch to friends and family highly satisfied

This was our third store that morning and as you could imagine we had seen many beds and had one of them in mind and would have returned to purchase, however, on entering your store in Aylesbury we were aproached by Sean, he was not pushey or over the top looking for a sale, he just explained the coulour coading and gave us the information we needed to chose the right bed. Sean had the knowledge and Customer Service attitude that is commendable of a first class Customer Service representative and we thank him for helping us to chose the right product for our needs. Well Done.

After visiting 'Benson's for beds it was a delight to have an agent actually selling me beds and not the other way around. Highly satisfied with choice, explanation especially with regard to matresses. All good.

John Kelly was very friendly, approachable and professional. He had extensive knowledge of all the beds and mattresses we looked at and made very useful suggestions regarding the specific reason which necessitated the purchase. We didn't feel pressured to buy, which is such a pleasant change nowadays and is probably the reason we gave our business to Dreams. John also made a good cup of coffee!

The salesperson was wonderful. Not too pushy, informative, knowledgeable, attentive and listened to our requirements. We were going to visit one of other bed stores on the retail park but didn't as we felt confident in our purchase with regards to quality, price and the sales persons time and input was a significant factor in this choice. The range of mattresses and beds were ample for our requirements.
