Dreams - Aylesbury

We visited the stevange branch and found the staff fairly rude (wouldn't let our 4 year old lay on the bed) and did not seem to take us seriously!! We visited the aylesbury branch and they where very friendly towards us and our son, especially the manager John, who couldn't do enough for us and our son- I hope he was not annoyed as we placed order through 1 of his staff, as we did not realise he was in store until the end of finalising the deal....he was the real Reason we came back to follow up an order...although Sean was very helpful as well.

I saw a bed in another store that was reduced as an ex display model. A gentleman in the Aylesbury store took my details and called me the day the same bed came up for sale and reserved it for me. He was extremely helpful.

The sales assistant "John" was dealing with another customer; he broke away at a convenient point and came over to speak to me; he advised that he would be a specific period of time prior to being free to fully discuss my needs, and pointed in the direction of options to review whilst I was awaiting his attendance. Whilst looking at the options, his manager asked if I were being attended to, I informed him that John would be dealing with me shortly, and he instantly offered me a cup of tea/coffee whilst I was waiting. This was available to me within 5 minutes, along with a selection of biscuits. I was given good advice once I had provided my requirements to John; he gave me plenty of time to make my choices, was attentive without being over zealous. My visit to the store, although being very expensive was pleasurable and would entice me to suggest it to friends.

Service with a smile at all times. No pressure, but all questions we had were answered. Coffee offered, which was a lovely touch.

Comprehensive stock, very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff (Sean)provided lots of suggestions and advise.

I think John and his colleagues were highly professional, took a lot of time to explain your products and gave a very good advice. They were superb with occupying our children so we had enough time to think our purchase through and try the products. Overall it was the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you!

I have received an excellent service from the adviser. I have managed to place the order for all items. I am getting delivery within 2 weeks which is great.
