We entered the store and were greated by Ryan who was realky helpful. He offered us tea and coffee and when we said we wrre just browsing he left us to it. After 15 minutes he came and found us and helped us choose a mattress for the bed we had chosen. He processed our order, talked us through the warranty that we got for our mattress. Our experience in Dreams was great and would recommend Dreams Aylesbury to our friends.

The member of staff we dealt with (Ryan) was friendly, professional and was very knowledgeable about the products. We were not rushed but had time to try the various mattresses and were given help to find the best bed for our needs. We felt like valued customers.

Ryan; the young Man who helped me; was bright cheerful very polite and knowledgeable on all products I enquired about.

Upon entering the store I received a warm welcome and was offered a hot beverage. I was asked if there was anything, in particular, I was looking for? John (Salesman) listened to my requirements, he managed to find the perfect mattress for me on the second attempt, I also got a free pillow.

I was very impressed with your salesman Ryan. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products, patient at the time I took to make up my mind which mattress to have and a credit to your company. I look forward to receiving my mattress.

The staff of this store was very obliging and knew what they were talking about .The manager was quite ignorant he kept interupting my talking without saying excuse me so l had to tell himto remember his manners

Helpful friendly knowledgeable service

Ryan at Dreams in Aylesbury was really helpful and knowledgeable. Such a lovely salesman. Not pushy, spent time talking with us to find out our needs and to work out how to help us. (Trying to order a trundle for our bed we ordered and finding the product had been discontinued).

Ryan who was the colleague helping us was fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He wasn't pushy, but gave us the time we needed to digest the information he gave us and patiently continued to answer our questions. He is a credit to Dreams and gave us real confidence in our purchase.
