I was really happy with the service at dreams, I was offered a hot chocolate and family it only took a matter of seconds to find the mattress I was look for with the service of your great team.

Sean was very helpful, showing us all the options and trying to fit our needs to the shop products

Ryan was a very polite young man that did not pressure us for a sale, but did his up most to meet our requirements. He was very professional and had a good sense of humour. He showed good product knowledge, as was speedy to help. Ryan was very keen to help us decide and is a credit to Dreams.

Ryan, the young salesman, was extremely helpful, and we found exactly what we were looking for.

We were made to feel very comfortable trying the bed, we were even offered coffee and biscuits, which we thought was a very nice touch. Our assistant was there if needed but he didn't make us feel pressured or uncomfortable. A pleasure to deal with.

Friendly, knowledgable service from Jon the Store Manager. Only issue we faced was due to busy IT terminals and some issues with the IT systems when placing the order.
