Sean's service was fantastic and there was good comraderie with the other assistants. The reason we went to the Aylesbury store is because the service we received at Oxford was appalling.

Excellent customer care and knowledge of products. Very helpful.

Jack the Asst Manager looked after us and was amazing. His product knowledge was excellent but more importantly his ability to understand what we want, connect with our son and generally gauge what we wanted was amazing. He is a real asset to Dreams Aylesbury

To be fair I had already selected the beds and mattresses before entering the store, so I didn't need any sales pitch and was grateful none was given. The sale rep was pleasant, assisted with all questions in choosing out of 3 possible mattresses and seemed to know what needed to be said in order to make a decision. He didn't go into anything more than needed or try and add to what I needed, and I appreciated that.

Sean our advisor was so helpful. Gave us a lot of options to suit our needs and helped us find the best value for money we wanted. Great service, products and quick delivery too.

We had a specific mattress that we wanted as we have slept on one with the specifications at my daughters house and found it the best nights sleep possible. However it is discontinued. The sales assistant was pleased that we were able to give him the details and took great care to find a mattress as near as possible to our requirements. A very efficient and friendly experience. Our previous memory foam mattress was also purchased from Dreams. We look forward to it’s delivery on January 16th 2018.

we had searched the internet and other stores for the type of bed for our granddaughter that her friends can stay over, and chose from dreams where we looked at the beds available for our needs before choosing.

We were provided with great information on the products suited to our needs and were given time and space to look for ourselves too. The staff were very interactive and friendly. We were buying a bed for my son and they took their time to get to know him and talk to him about what he wanted.
