General good overall service

I found what I was looking for and it was within my price range. The staff was more then helpful and even stayed late to help me complete my finance.

The Store Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions as my husband has shoulder problem and I have a chronic arthritic condition. The mattress we currently have is not supportive enough and I wake in pain most nights. We were shown different types of mattresses and encouraged to try them and lie on them for a few minutes. We were not rushed into making a decision. We also paid a deposit for a bed and mattress for our daughter and bought a head board. If Sean had not been so helpful we would probably would have just paid the deposit.

Very helpful and polite was able to check availability of my iteam and order there and then. Explained my delivery date and that i would be contacted as to near the time drivers on their way with my delivery. Store also were reassuring as if i had any problems to contact them.

Welcome by Jack, quality of the matresses

The adviser, Jack, took the time to determine our requirements. He was extremely knowledgable and applied this knowledge to match a selection of beds to our needs. At no point was he pushy, just interested in our requirements. As he was the only adviser in the shop at the time of our visit, he had to leave us when other customers required his attention, but before leaving us, he made us hot drinks and offered us biscuits and left us to browse. this time gave us the opportunity to test out the recommendations Jack had made. Once we had made a decision, Jack talked us through the purchase process, ensuring we fully understood what was included. He offered extras, but again, was not pushy. He allowed us time to discuss and to make up our minds. Great service!
