Dreams - Aylesbury

The gentleman who served me was polite and helpful I was very impressed

My Wife and I had visited several Bed stores but found Dreams easiest to understand the types of beds we wanted, the colour coded system was very good and the salesman explained this and then left us alone to choose what we wanted without the usual hard sell that we dislike.

Sean in Aylesbury was knowledgeable, personable and made us a cup of tea.

We were dreading the experience knowing how many different types of mattress there are - the colour coding works so well and makes life so much easier. The assistant (Doug) was really helpful and knew he stuff - he gave us space to try the mattresses out, and gave us a cup of tea! He was just a really nice guy and treated us like people rather than just a sale. Really satisfied, in and out wishin 50 minutes. Can't wait for our new mattress now!

The assistant was very friendly and helpful. Explained the different types of mattresses and how they were arranged and colour coordinated in the store. Helped and advised us while we tested a few and then left us to test as many as we wanted in our own time. we were not hurried or rushed and given plenty of time to make our decision. I felt the saleslady was very knowledgeable but at no time were we pressurised into making our decision.

I was very pleased with the help I got on both days I went in they were all very helpfull I just had to go home to check my measures to make sure I Hahn got them right

We had a complicated situation regarding room size and the type of bed we wanted. Without the assistance of the salesman and his detailed knowledge we would have made a wrong, possibly very expensive, mistake

The gentleman that helped gave us a lot of information about the bed and mattress , we were not rushed we did not feel it was too much trouble. We came away from the shop very happy with the service and the goods.

The services we received was very friendly and helpful, and left us plenty of time to choose and make mind up, (also made lovely cup of tea)
