We had a great service from Kim when we visited the store to buy a bed for my son. She took a liking to my little boy and she was great with him and showing us beds that she thought would our needs especially as we had no real idea what we were looking for. Unfortunately we went away that day and returned a week later to purchase the bed but Kim wasn't there so brought the bed with another agent. Kim had said she would throw in Thomas duvet set for free and free delivery but the agent who we brought the bed through wouldn't throw in the Thomas duvet set.

Salesman took time to find out what we wanted and to understand our needs even though the shop was about to shut, he continued after the closure time and was rewarded with the sale and a satisfied customer so far... the bed hasn't been delivered yet!

I found what I was looking for very quickly thanks to the help given by Kim. She was very knowledgeable about the product and was very polite and friendly.
