Specifically - the customer service. John was an absolute pleasure to buy from. Exceptional knowledge about the product which he communicated well to several members of my family (both younger and older). He was friendly amd engaging, while knowing just when to walk away and leave us to decisions. This is a man who clearly loves his job, and that was reflected in the quality of service provided. We shall definitely return next time we need something for the bedroom.

THE SHOP WAS CLEAN AND EASY TO SHOP. THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY POLITE, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE TOOK TIME TO LISTEN TO MY NEEDS AS I HAVE A BACK PROBLEM AND HE HELPED ME CHOOSE THE CORRECT MATTRESS FOR MY NEEDS. HE ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS A PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR ME TO TEST THE MATTRESS TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CORRECT FOR ME, WHICH PUT MY MIND AT REST AS IT CAN BE VERY DIFFICULT TO JUDGE BY JUST LAYING ON IT FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES THEN HAVING TO SPEND THE NEXT 8 YEARS ON IT!!!!!!! I ALSO HAVE TAKEN UP THE ADVICE OF HAVING THE BED ERECTED FOR ME AND THE OLD ONE BEING DISPOSED OF BY YOURSELVES. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I HOPE THE DELIVERY ETC GOES AS STRAIGHT FORWARD AS THE SALE. SO FAR A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. THANKYOU.

I went to the store with a knowledge of what I was after, an assistant approached me in a friendly manner, I explained my requirement and was shown the products available, with a full explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of the range I was after,depending on my personal preference. Not at any time did I feel pushed to make a decision and the assistant was always helpful and friendly,Anthony the assistant was a great help in helping me make my decision on which bed to buy,we decided to make further purchases of pillows,headboard and mattress protector at Anthony's advice and were completely happy to do this, at the desk I was taken through the order confirmation in great detail and was both surprised and pleased at the various discounts I was given, I am very happy with the final costs and glad to have visited Dreams today, I will recommend the store in Aylesbury to anyone I know who is looking for bed related products or a new bed. Sean was excellent. It's been a while since I've experienced such great customer service. He worked really hard, was knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. He was very good and helpful.
