The store was easily accessible and very well laid out, the assistance understood exactly what our needs were and talked us through our options. When we'd fully decided, he gave clear information of the process from ordering to delivery and construction of our chosen furniture.

Doug the sales person was very helpful and polite. Very patient while we were trying different mattresses out.

The service was superb!! Professional, very helpful and really helped with our needs. We went straight to John (store manager) who explained all the beds and the differences with them all and helped us throughout our visit. Thoroughly recomend.

Our shop assistant Doug was very good a finding the mattress we needed. I liked a soft mattress and my wife wanted a nedium firmness mattress. Doug found us a mattress that giited both of our needs in about 4 or 5 trys. We didn't have to try every mattress in the store. He was quick to narrow down a compromise for me and my wife. Something that we both would be happy with.

John Kelly our Salesman was extremely helpful during our visit and gave us plenty of time to lay on the mattresses and we liked the fact that we was given a cup of tea during our visit. It made us feel very relaxed and we ended up purchasing an additional bed frame for our spare room which and there was no pressure to buy anything which my husband and I both liked.

Excellent attention and help from staff, including refreshments. No pressure to make a hasty decision. Good selection from which to choose. No interest credit makes for an easy purchase.

Both members of staffeta were extremely helpful and friendly and actually offered me a bed that was cheaper than the one I was initially looking at which I thought was good as it showed they weren't just after me spending as much as possible. I was also offered refreshments as soon as i entered the store. I went to look at a similar bed in Bensons and they were so rude I returned to Dreams immediately.
