Dreams - Aylesbury

We were met by Sean as we entered the store, he was well presented, polite and friendly. He asked pertinent questions, and went through a process of finding out our needs. There was no pressure or hard sell, he allowed us time to discuss things between ourselves but was available at all times if we had questions. He offered us refreshments, he asked us if we needed any extras like linen etc but again there was no hard sell. At the end of the process we were very happy with the bed we chose and left the store happy.

I chose to go to the Aylesbury Store because my son had experienced an excellent service from this store from beginning to end. I wandered in with knowledge of the type of bed and mattress I owned already and the colour headboard I wanted, but with little knowledge of what to buy next. The assistant Kim was very knowledgeable in the product she was selling, helpfully introducing ideas and was incredibly empathic to my needs throughout the whole process, whilst bearing in mind my colour preferences, the comfort requirement encouraging me to choose for myself the comfort levels and at all times taking into account the difficulties which could prevail in the size of the bed frames to fit into my canal side wharf 3 story house. She was totally on the ball.

The store was really busy when I entered. The sales assistant who was with another customer, recognised I was waiting and told me someone would be available to assist me shortly. I made a comment about how many people could buy a bed on a Sunday morning and he reciprocated with an weekday anecdote about the store being quiet, so humour was present in the right context. Once I was served, I told the assistant which product I wanted and why, he gave me his knowledge on the product, did not try to sell me something different, which some stores try, and I was served really swiftly and given all the information about returns and delivery. Quite a pleasant experience!!

Very good clear descriptions of all the different types of mattresses. We were unsure of what we needed. We were shown each type of mattress, which suited our specific needs. We didn't feel pushed into making a decision, and where we were unclear, then Sean, was very good at making things clearer. We left very happy with our decision.

We were served by Doug and he was so knowledgeable and accommodating for our needs. He didn't rush us and gave us lots of options and things to consider for the type of properity we are buying. He went above and beyond to help us.

Doug gave us excellent service and made the decision as to which mattress we wanted to buy much easier. The mattresses were comfortable, the store was well laid out and we liked the colour coding system
