It was so nice to be treated as a valued customer even tho' I wasn't a 'top of the range' customer. Kim was kind and attentive and made very valid suggestions/alternatives throughout my stay. She deserves a gold medal. The bed base I bought is exactly right, the delivery/installation went exactly as planned and the price cannot be faulted. I will recommend your store whole-heartedly. PS I went 1st to Bensons (because it was nearest) and left quickly because a) I was made to feel 'cheap' and b) because the (male) assistant made crude/sexist comments. I was there for less than 3 minutes and nearly went home deciding that my bed base could last another 35 years

We shopped here a while ago and decided to return as we needed to purchase something else. We saw the same customer service assistant that we saw before. We got the same level of service that we received the first time.

Your colleague Doug (at Aylesbury) was very helpful. As a bed buying noob he took me through all the options and we managed to find the right bed and mattress for me. If all your staff are as good you've got a great organisation.

My daughter recommended your products to me and the excellent optional cover that was available. I was not disappointed with the products available and the Salesman Sean was very customer focused and delivered at all levels. The offer of a cup of tea was very much enjoyed .

John Kelly was very good at getting the balance right between letting us look for ourselves and getting assistance. He was also very good at listening to our needs and finding the right bed for us. Additionally, I never knew a pillow could be so comfortable.

The lady called Kim who served me was extremely friendly and very helpful. She is a credit to the firm.

I hate shopping but this experience was really quite easy.

My husband and I were buying our first mattress and the man who dealt with us was very helpful. He gave us some space to look around then came over and discussed the different types of mattresses. We were very comfortable in completing a sale and felt very valued as customers.
