Dreams - Aylesbury

I found the sales guy John very helpful very easy to talk to, which made the experience of buying a new mattress easy, I always use Dreams for my beds and mattresses.

I was assisted by John Kelly initially who helped me select the mattress and he was very friendly, helpful and very informative about all of the mattresses I looked at, he also provided a pillow for me to use when trying out the mattresses, and I ended up buying the pillow aswell, so a very good service. When I came back to purchase the mattress a bit later that day, John Kelly was busy with another customer, so his manager John Elliott finalised the purchase. He too was very friendly, helpful and very informative. A really great experience and they made the purchasing experience very pleasant indeed. I did also go to Benson Beds (next door) but they had a smaller range, less mattresses in the price range I was looking for so I decided to order from Dreams - thank you very much for a really good experience and I will definitely be recommending you to all of my friends and family.

From the moment we walked in it was a pleasure to be at Dreams. We were greeted by John who listened to what we were after and then explained the colour coding and layout. We never were under any pressure and felt very relaxed trying the different mattresses, even offered a coffee on our quest. John was very knowledgeable and answered our questions superbly. We bought our mattress and will be returning to purchase a bedroom suite Well done to John and his team you do a superb job .

The Dreams staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable without being pushy - a rare combination these days. The store was well laid out and easy to navigate. Having been to a competitors store the previous day we could easily compare them and, while we will not be returning to the other store, we will be re-visiting Dreams. The only minus point is that there is a gymnasium on the floor above which resulted in a lot of noise. This is frustrating for both the staff and customers but is out of their control.

John Elliot did what a good salesman should always do - Take care of the customer by explaining everything you should know. e.g. cost; delivery; disposal; full details of product range to enable you to choose.

An Assitant came over immediately to ask if help was required. Once we had decided on the bed frame we asked for assistance with mattresses available for that frame and help was immediate. Once the mattress was selected we were able to place an immediate order and also to received a delivery date suitable to our requirements.

Overall very happy. Had to wait a while as all staff were busy with customers but I'll put that down to picking a busy time of day. Together the staff were bery froendly and informative. Not sure about the product (bed) yet as we haven't received it!

The service was excellent we were attended to as soon as we entered the shop.
