There was a mattress that was incorrectly labelled, but after I queried it, the agent explained the situation and informed me of the proper details.

We have stepped in the door and the friendly staff (Sean) has guided through us the different mattresses. He explained the differences and we could test them all. He was focusing on our notion until we found what we have looked for. Payment was easy and quick and we have also received some discount. Delivery + disposal all within a week. The visit was late. We only intended to have a quick look. We advised the assistant of the type of bed we were looking for. He showed us a range of options and gave us tea and biscuits while we were left alone to decide. The assistant stay on past closing time to help us. We did make a purchase because of his help.
