Dreams - Aylesbury

From the we walked into the store we were looked. After my mother had picked her mattress she was offered a cup of coffee and biscuits while I choose mine and did the buying of them.the assisted Doug explained every thing in detail to me.we now look forward to the arrival of our mattress. Thanks

Our experience at Dreams, Aylesbury was great. We have just bought our first home, so need a new bed. We popped in to view one of the TV beds and to our delight, the item was on sale. However, due to complications with the completion on the house, we were unable to order at the time. Doug assisted us and told us all about the bed. Once the house was sorted, we went back to the store, but found that the bed was out of the sale. We were so disappointed. When we spoke to Doug, he was able to honour the original sale price. We were extremely pleased with this and took him up on his offer immediately. Doug was so helpful - he re-explained all of the features of the bed and recommended that we take out the 8-year cover for £99.00. He was also happy to make the delivery date flexible, which is great for us, as we are redecorating the house before we officially move in. Overall, we were very impressed with the store. Although we didn't buy a mattress on this occasion, it was good to see the different types clearly displayed, with an explanation and easy how-to-choose guide. All of the staff were friendly. The addition of the furniture department is also great for browsing.

The staff member who assisted was excellent as he was knowledgeable and patient. All staff we came across were very friendly. We found the range of beds good and we managed to select one suitable for our needs.. I would have liked a bigger range of headboard but we found one we liked so no real problem. Of course we all would like to pay less for our shopping. We will definitely return for our next bed purchase and would recommend the store to others.

Doug was extrem helpful although my issue was that the gym about the store made it sound and feel like the room was going to give way

Assistant displayed expert knowledge. Made to feel welcome, valued and comfortable. Clearly assistant willing to spend as much time as we needed and to ensure we obtained the most suitable item for our needs. It was easy to understand the selection available and there was a wide choice for our selection. Assistant was friendly, out- going, listened to our questions and comments and responded accordingly. Would recommend the store to others without hesitation

The colleague was very friendly and he also left us looking around and when we was ready we could go back and get him. He also was very helpful with the bed for our son as he looked to see if there was another bed like the same we liked but we went for the Tinsley Kinder in the end. So all happy with the shopping trip.
