The salesman, called Sean was very helpful. He was not an aggressive salesman. He listened to everything we said and was very polite. It was very refreshing to meet such a nice chap and we even got a recommendation for our holidays! Sean was a good communicator and gave us the space and time to talk without any pressure. He knew about all the products and therefore we were able to make an informed choice.

The assistant was extremely helpful and informative and took his time explaining and answering our questions. He also found time to make me a cup of coffee - much appreciated after a tiring afternoon of looking at beds!

Sales lady as soon as we walked in she offered us a tea or coffee. She was able to answer our questions with confidence and gave us space when we needed to discuss the best bed that would suit us.

I was helped by Douglas who was very helpful. His sales approach was helpful, supportive, informative, not in-your-face at all. He got me a cup of tea, allowed me time and space to peruse the store and was then very knowledgeable when I asked questions. He gave honest answers to my questions, based on his product knowledge. The result was that I went on to buy more than I intended. I couldn't rate his service higher. Thank you.

Greeted on arrival by pleasant, helpful young man, who explained colour coded system used in store.,but then left us in peace to browse and try out various mattresses in our own time . We were also offered tea or coffee , an unexpected but welcome touch.

I had visited other stores and already had a couple of mattress to choose from, what made me decided for this particular mattress from dreams was the excellent customer service I received from Anthony he was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and very patient, He is very knowledgeable but was never pushing and he gave us advice while giving us space to think about it...Anthony is a pleasure to deal with. Today 23/03 I got the delivery, again faultless. got a call to give me the two hours slot and I had my mattresss by 10:10am. Merv and Rhys were brilliant they put it upstairs for me and took the packaging away... Thank you very much from and absolutely satisfied customer.

As i walked into the store a member of staff approaced me with in a matter of time and asked me if he could help me with anything, at the time i was looking for a bunk bed for my kids and a specific one which later on if i wanted could turn in to single beds and he escorted me upstairs where the bed was and showed me exactly how it works.

Staff members were available and knowledgeable. They remained open late whilst we completed our order.

The sales person Douglas is a very good representative for dreams, he knows the products extremely well. I have had several purchases with him & highly recommend him ( 1st class )
