The store is clean, warm, well lit and spacious. Michelle could not have been more helpful and very knowledgeable about the products

Anthony, who we spoke to and advised us, spent a long time with us explaining the about the beds we wanted and had a choice from. When speaking about mattresses he was over helpful and did an amazing job in directing us to what we were looking for. I felt that really the experience was down to him. Not only did he advise well but he was friendly, made a few jokes and kept us interested throughout the experience of buying the bed.

Doug the member of staff was very friendly and helpful and approachable without being overly keen and too attached.

Sean at the Aylesbury store was great. Very knowledgeable, polite, and not at all pushy. Left us alone when we wanted to be but always available to answer any questions. Made the experience easy and stress free.
