Nice, friendly greeting on arrival in store. The Salesperson appeared very knowledgeable about the type of mattress I was looking for. Good explanations, allowed me to make up my own mind, not pushy in any way. I felt able to make up my own mind and I am delighted I don't have to wait too long before delivery.

The differences between mattresses were well explained. The construction details i.e. gel thickness, were all expertly covered. The advantages of Dreams stocked pillows i.e. heat dissipation were pointed out and resulted in an additional purchase of 2 pillows.
