Dreams - Aylesbury

We went to dreams not really understanding what we needed. Our salesman really took the time to understand our needs and our lifestyle. We went through many options and gave us a bit of breathing space when we needed it which felt great and not pushy. When we had decided on our mattress our salesman went through our options and proceeded quickly. Well done

Anthony the Sales advisor who supported us in store was extremely helpful, answered all of the questions we had and did so in a friendly manner. There was no hard sell or pressure to make a decision quickly. The kids also got some juice and biscuit which they really enjoyed!

The salesman, Anthony, was brilliant. Very friendly & helpful. We actually purchased the bed we are replacing from him at Dreams 8 years ago. He took plenty of time to understand our requirements and made his recommendations on what we needed. He is was very thorough and pleasant to talk to and answered all our questions. We were offered & had a cup of coffee and some biscuits. Very pleasant shopping experience and looking forward to our new mattress arriving. Also very pleased with the speedy delivery on offer.

Staff were so, so friendly and down to earth (which I like). They had a great sense of humour too. They gave me all the time I needed to choose a bed suited to my personal needs, and made sure that the bed could be delivered on a day which suited my personal circumstances.
