We were in a hurry and told the assistant what we were looking for unfortunately the product was no longer available but he pointed us in the right direction to find a matress that was similar to what we wanted. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the products.

John Kelly, was an informative and knowledgeable salesman, and helped us decide on the right mattress to suit both our needs. It was an unrushed and easy shopping experience. Would happily recommend shopping at Dreams to friends and family... I am actually getting the same bed for my daughter who lives in Bristol!

on entering the store we were immediately greeted by John, who asked what our needs were, he then offered us drinks and proceeded to show us options that suited our requirements. he helped us find exactly what was right for us, offered us extended guarantees, all in a helpful, no pressure manner.

The bed we ordered was to big to get in and the level of help we received afterwards was exceptional

Salesman was attentive and not too pushy. He even explained reasons for not buying something which shows his adeptness and customer care.

I came into the shop with a specific request to find two good quality bed bases for tenants in my rental flat. I wanted them to be good quality, strong and easy to assemble and attractive. The shop assistant John Kelly said he had just what I needed and led me straight to the bed bases I purchased. To be honest the service and the product exceeded my expectation. I had tried to find something on the website but there was too much choice and I couldn't find what I wanted at a price I could afford. However John's knowledge of his products immediately solved my problem and I purchased two beds on the spot. Excellent all round I will use Dreams again in fact he showed me a bed that I may purchase for myself!

Doug the sales assistant was very helpful, informative and honest in advising me on what would be suitable, he gave me and my daughter space to talk about and try the mattresses but was always ready to assist with any questions we had, we were offered a cup of tea, lovely comfortable atmosphere.
