Dreams - Aylesbury

Anthony who helped us was very helpful, listened well, gave us useful ideas and offered us just what we were looking for.

My mother and I were approached on entry to the store by a lovely, friendly assistant who was also very professional. The products we were shown were exactly what we were looking for in our price and quality range.

We came in so my son could purchase his own best for the first time. We spent a long time instore trying the beds and getting advice from the salesperson. My son suffers with back problems and we just feel that we were a) not rushed at all and b) given plenty of information and were helped as much as we required.

Michelle was excellent! Very patient and courteous.

John Kelly was very attentative to our needs. He explained everything fully and had us try out various beds until we found the most comfortable for us. John is very knowledgeable which is a huge asset to the customers and the company.

We were offered a cup of coffee even before we looked like we were going to buy, i feel that this kind of excellent customer service is unheard of, but not at Dreams, we loved it, so much infact we actually brought the sofa bed, more than our budget but really liked it and thought that the chap who served us went the extra mile.

The friendliness of all the staff at the Aylesbury store was exceptional!
